TSG combines human resources, public records and legal expertise in providing your company with fast, accurate and cost-effective employment pre-screening solutions.
We have an acute understanding that; companies need a program that fits seamlessly into their hiring practices. With that in mind, our focus is in working with Human Resources and Security Departments, with a need for National capability . Unlike other firms, TSG is not just a data gathering service providing computer printouts or raw data. Our reports make the information easy to understand and look for “red flags” that may concern an employer. We provide; regulatory updates where applicable, based upon industry changes in that Regulatory space. The applicants we screen may become your trusted employees, as such, the process is designed to respect applicant privacy thru truncated identifiers and a non-“footprint” search mechanism.
Adverse Action: In the event your applicant does not meet your hiring guidelines, the FCRA requires the Employer generate an Adverse Action Letter, and provide same to the Applicant. The Adverse Action Letter must contain both; A copy of the Background Report, a written notice of hiring denial and all FCRA guidelines governing the Applicant’s rights after denial.
The Screening Group provides this report- FREE OF CHARGE-. Our systems create an Adverse Action letter for every single Applicant. You can simple request the report, or log into your TSG portal and print the report. 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
Please Note: All services are strictly limited to the Pre-Employment Background Checks, and require the applicant’s written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). TSG is strictly a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined within the FCRA.
We do not provide Fingerprinting services.
Privacy Policy: TSG is a Consumer Reporting Agency(CRA) that prepares Consumer Reports for authorized employers, under the provisions of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), The TSG Privacy policy is very simple: TSG only collects applicant data pursuant to written authorization and Disclosure under the FCRA and only disseminates consumer reports to employers as directed in the written authorization. In other words, data is only collected and distributed at the direction and authorization of the consumer. Furthermore, the data collected, is maintained in a secured site with state of the art encrypted software.
